For more complex and exotic property types such as clubs, pubs, golf courses, places of worship it can take 1 – 2 weeks. In all cases it begins with a consult or call with the property valuer to scope your requirements.

At the end of the inspection and research that our consultants complete, you will be provided with a report. Commercial valuations are valid for 3 months from the valuation date.
