Vincent Romeo, our Director, is a Certified Property Valuer without limitation and an admitted Solicitor specialising in property law and valuation matters in New South Wales. With extensive experience across all classes of property, Vincent provides valuation advice ranging from straightforward residential assessments to highly complex, contentious, and litigious matters requiring expert determination and court scrutiny.
Vincent is a former Board Member of the Australian Valuers Institute, having served for eight years, and has also been elected to the Land Valuation Advisory Group, a select panel of respected property professionals chaired by the NSW Valuer General. Through this role, he contributed expert insight on land valuation policy, methodology, and professional practice across New South Wales.
Beyond his valuation practice, Vincent has previously acted as legal counsel for the Australian Valuers Institute in select matters. He is also a respected guest speaker and lecturer at Valuers’ Continuing Professional Development events and continues to mentor registered and student valuers throughout NSW.
